My all-time favorite red dessert wine.“Made from 30-year-old Pinot Noir, farmed organically and biodynamically, handpicked as ripe as possible. The fermentation is stopped by fortifying with Marc de Jura (the house's eau-du-vie) to the must. The wine is then matured in oak cask and bottled. It has gorgeous exotic flavors of red and black fruits, nuts and spices. It will stand up to sweet desserts, or it can be dessert by itself!”
