Maurin Quina

This fortified wine is produced from a sweet white wine and an infusion of wild cherries and quinine; a bit of cherry brandy, lemon & cherry juice is then added. The taste here is a bit like cherry marzipan. Adult Shirley Temple over ice with soda water and a twist of lime.
