Masamoto KS Series Wa Petty 165mm

This petty knife is one of my go-to’s in the kitchen. Dating back to the Edo period, Masamoto is a legendary blacksmith from Tokyo. This is the grand cru of knives. This knife is stainless steel with hard, sharp cutting edges. It’s surprisingly easy to sharpen. The blonde buffalo tsuba is hard to find but a personal favorite.
