Benoît Courault, La Coulée 2022

One of my favorite producers in Loire. This vintage of Coulée is monovarietal Grolleau as opposed to Grolleau dashed with Aunis. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented after a short maceration. Élevage lasts 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined
